Airspace Analysis and Evaluation
The rapid growth in air traffic worldwide as increased demand for air navigation service providers to achieve a high level of air safety and the provision of a sound database of airspace for each State as a basis for any future development plans for CNCS/ATM and also the cornerstone of which reflects the current situation of the state concerned in CNS/ATM to setup short term and long-term plan.
The main role of GACS is established from this point of view and coupled with its team with unlimited expertise in analysis of the airspace and air traffic through utilizing modern technologies in air navigation field to issue an integrated database of air navigation of the state concerned and assess the behavior of air traffic inside the airspace in comparison and compatibility with CNS/ATM plan for the state through:
- Analysis air of traffic on the airways
- Determine hot spots on the airways network
- Determine average traffic motivation per day
- Determine average traffic motivation over each sector inside whole airspace
- Estimate busy hour for whole airspace
- Estimate the busy hour for all aerodromes or major aerodromes that feeds the national airspace
- Determine the growth rate for aerodromes and whole airspace
- Estimate workload
- Analyses current situation of CNS/ATM plan
- Determine weak points in national airspace
